WaterWatch Corporation recently completed the successful installation of a wireless submetering system for a newly constructed condominium community in Connecticut. WaterWatch will generate and distribute the water, sewer and gas bills for the community; as well as collect payments.

Prior to the installation, WaterWatch worked diligently with the property’s management team on implementation issues such as state regulation compliance and rate analysis.

“We are excited about our growing presence in New England,” Todd Quarterman, president of WaterWatch Corporation, said. “It’s another opportunity for WaterWatch to promote energy conservation and environmental consciousness among residents while helping home-owner associations to decrease operating costs.”

For 15 years, WaterWatch has successfully worked with hundreds of property owners to control and reduce utility expenses through utility submetering. WaterWatch offers an array of services including installation, meter reading, resident invoicing and payment collections.
